Zwischen meinem zwölften und 18. Lebensjahr habe ich alle Werke Nietzsches gelesen, aber an dieses Zitat kann ich mich nicht erinnern. Obwohl ich nie gegeizt habe, ihn in der Schule zu zitieren, kann ich mich an kaum eine Stelle mehr erinnern. Wissen, das einen vor ein paar Jahren extrem beeinflusst hat, verschwindet mit einer veränderten Lebenssituation sofort.
Mit 20 habe ich den Minimalismus entdeckt und versucht danach zu leben. Vergleichsweise erfolgreich. Ich habe das letzte mal vor neun Monaten Kleidung gekauft, weil ich sie gebraucht habe und ansonsten nur Bücher fürs Studium. Ich habe teure unbenutzte Markenschminke verschenkt, ich habe Schuhe verschenkt, Taschen, Bücher, DVDs und Computerspiele.
Und jetzt finde ich dieses Zitat und fühle mich wieder verwirrt wie mit 15 und beeindruckt. Auch in einer veränderten Lebenssituation kann das Bekannte immer wieder ein neues Licht des Willens zur Standhaftigkeit entflammen.

I’m not quite familiar with any German Poetry, let alone love poetry. But my coursework for a part of my uni studies requires me to compare some love poetry. If anybody has any reccommendations it would be greatly appreciated.
It has to be emotional love, between two people, but other than that there are no restrictions whatsoever. So, share your favourite German Poetry with me!

I have a cold. It is very annoying. I am coughing all the time, I need all the time tissues and I can not go to university. I am sitting here, reading different blogs and feeling dispensable.
And so I decided: I need an blog in English because I need to get into an English master program. I am able to read in English and I understand every movie or TV-show but I am a lousy speaker and writer. That has to improve.
